The one thing we all lack these days is time. Time to think,
time to do, time to reflect. Clients require faster, better and of
course cheaper and as such, finding the right type of people who
can work under these pressures to make sure our group of agencies
can provide this service is essential.
The thing I really like about DNA is that rather than sending
over a mass of CVs hoping that you might
find a good'un amongst the chaff, they believe in the principle of
less is more. To me, this is a crucial service. I'd rather only see
one or two really great people than have to wade through vast
numbers of irrelevant CVs and waste time meeting people who aren't
right for my agencies. This however requires some effort on behalf
of your recruitment partner to consistently deliver on this. DNA
seem to be one of the few to provide more than lip service in this
area.
