The Role
Head of Search - London - £80K
This agency is a leading specialist digital agency and is part
of a much wider marketing services group. Based in Richmond, they
have 70+ employee base and are now looking to add to that with a
Head of Search.
The primary role of the Head of Search will be to continue
building and managing search marketing functions that deliver
against pre-defined targets. You'll be focussed on analysis and
optimisation, aiming to make campaigns work harder and deliver
KPI-measured performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively managing the Search Team.
- Delivering on paid and organic search activities and reporting
back to clients and relevant Account Directors.
- Achieving agreed campaign targets including budget deployment
levels.
- Contributing to the development of the agency's search services
and client portfolio.
- Identifying new business opportunities.
The Candidate
The successful Head of Search will need to have a profound
understanding of the digital media marketplace which has been built
up within a specialist online media agency or the online department
of a leading media agency.
Key Requirements:
- Sector experience in Travel, Charity, Financial Services and
Gaming & Gambling.
- Passionate about digital innovation.
- Excellent communication and numeration skills.
- Obsessed with the detail that determines product success.
- Demonstrably ambitious.
