The Role
This global multi-disciplinary communications agency already
employ over 150 employees in offices across the UK and USA. As a
fully integrated agency they have successfully created campaigns
for an endless list of big names across fashion, lifestyle and
blue-chip brands, cleverly balancing brand equality and fame with
commercial success. They're now on the look out for a Group Account
Director to join their London office.
As Group Account Director within this fantastic agency, you'll
be working across a minimum of 4 accounts leading each account team
across all creative, strategic and analytical outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all senior
clients.
- Taking full accountability for your team's output on each
account.
- Managing the financial side of each account ensuring that
client budgets are not exceeded whilst increasing the profitability
of each account.
- Strategically managing the agency's role within the client's
integrated agency team, building strong collaborative relationships
with ATL, Media, DM, Internal agencies.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate for this Group Account Director role will
need to have proven experience in financial management, team
management and successful multiple account management. This role
will need to be taken on by someone who has a wealth of industry
experience that will be used to not only continue to drive the
agency forward, but also to inspire, motivate and develop more
junior members of the agency. It's essential that you're both
commercially and politically astute and that you're innovative in
your ideas to achieve goals.
