The Role
Fantastic experiential & events agency with a great heritage
and industry reputation is looking for a Group Account Director to
help build and direct the future of the industry as they expand in
size and into new sectors.
Our client is a great experiential agency in SW London working
across FMCG, Technology, Retail and Finance brands, delivering live
experiences in an innovative way; across outdoor events, music
events, shopping centres etc as well as more guerrilla
campaigns.
They are growing quickly and to maintain this success need a
Group Account Director to help build the agency's reputation as a
market leader.
The Group Account Director will play an important role in the
future of the agency; in terms of new business as well as client
relationship development. They will work directly with the agency
directors/senior management and be a seasoned pro in the
experiential & events agency world.
- Management and development of the team of 3/4 people
- Development of existing client relationships; both existing and
new
- New Business; this is an extremely important, and successful
focus of the agency and this Group Account Director will be
involved in initial introductory meetings and running pitches
Strategic and creative development; including how experiential
works in conjunction with other disciplines
- Financial management/commercial understanding
The Candidate
This Group Account Director will ideally come from a top
experiential agency, where you have gained an in depth knowledge of
the sector. You will also have strategic ability, a passion for
creativity and great man management skills, as well as;
- Commercially astute
- Confident, articulate
- Flexible and able to adapt to change
The Group Account Director will also have a personality that
fits into the agency culture; out going, and friendly with a strong
drive to deliver.
The Salary
£55-65K + benefits and bonus
