The Role

Dynamic New Alliances (DNA) is a recruitment, search and career consultancy that works primarily within the integrated advertising, marketing and digital agency space. We're now looking to add to the team of consultants by bringing on board a confident but down to earth Digital Consultant.
 
Our client portfolio includes a diverse mix of networked and independent agencies, across ATL, Digital, DM, SP, Experiential, Integrated and Design & Branding. We are currently working across the world on roles in EMEA, North America and Asia-Pacfic.
 
Due to the size of our consultancy, self-starters only need apply - we have a very entrepreneurial culture and are highly motivated to drive the business forward. It will be the role of the Digital Consultant to drive our relationship with digital agencies and put new business at the top of their list of priorities.

The Candidate

This position would suit someone at the top of their game, who has considered starting up their own consultancy but would enjoy the security of joining a successful consultancy still in it's infancy. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing new business where the sky is the limit.
 
We are looking for someone with an industry-wide reputation for being a well connected recruitment/search consultant, with really solid client relationships, a talented pool of candidates and someone who is able to drive their own new business.
