The Role

Digital Planner - London - Up to £60K

As a global network with over 1000 employees and 200 offices worldwide, this agency are undoubtedly market leaders and widely respected within the marketing communications field. Their London offering is a fully integrated full service communications agency with experts specialising in advertising, direct marketing, digital, sales promotion and CRM. They've currently got an exciting opportunity for a Digital Planner to join them in their ever growing success.

The key role of the Digital Planner is to be involved and integrated in the creation of digital marketing strategy and employee communication campaigns at the agency.

Key Tasks & Areas of Responsibility:

  • Keep abreast of all trends, new technologies, formats and platforms within the world of social media and ensure that the agency are at the cutting edge of all innovations within the social media space.
  • Lead the activation of social media campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities for digital exploration and develop plans that utilise the right mix of channels that get results and achieve objectives.
  • Write outstanding and insightful creative briefs that spell out the business issues and digital solutions for creative teams.
  • Present both creative and strategic work on a regular basis, both internally and externally.

The Candidate

The successful Digital Planner will need have extensive planning experience with a real flare and deep knowledge of all things digital. You must have exceptional communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and a sound creative judgement. In addition to the essential skills and knowledge required for this role you must have a real passion for what you do and prove yourself as a real asset to the agency.
