Creative Director - Milan - 70K Euros

An award-winning creative agency with a unique approach to consumer engagement and shopper marketing currently have an opportunity for an Italian speaking Senior Art Director who is looking for the step up to Creative Director to join the Milan branch of their global offering. As an international agency they have over 20 offices worldwide and continue to make headlines with their innovative campaigns.

As Creative Director in Milan you will be looked upon to set the bar for inspirational award winning work. Your key tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Leading a small team with aim of hiring more people to grow the team.
• Working closely with the creative, planning and account teams to inspire them through all stages of their work.
• Responsible for the creative vision of the agency whilst recognising and integrating strategic shopper insight.
• Strategically lead the creativity of the agency and successfully sell creative concepts and ideas to the client.

The Candidate

To be considered for this Creative Director role it almost goes with out saying that you need be an exceptional creative with extensive knowledge and experience in creating consumer/shopper focussed campaigns.

Required skills & attributes:

• Fluent in both Italian and English.
• An inspirational Senior Art Director
• Confident in moderating brainstorms and workshops.
• Great at meeting and presenting to clients.
• Significant agency experience working on retail accounts.
