DNA were briefed by the global HR Director of Saatchi X to find them a senior hire in Russia to launch their Moscow office. Most recruiters ran a mile at the idea, but DNA relished the challenge, and after an extensive search in the Russian market place we came across Dmitry working as MD for a leading market competitor. Following an extensive interview process, Dmitry was hired and has now been there for eighteen months.

Julian came to us via a referral from a mutual industry contact. Julian had been made redundant from Rivet Worldwide due to a re-structure and was looking for new opportunities. After several conversations about potential roles in the UK and abroad, DNA unearthed a role - which at first wasn’t what Julian was looking for. On meeting Emily it was clear what she wanted and her brief was something that we believed we could easily identify for her. We were approached by Ed Wood at A Little Bird as he'd been struggling to find the right person to join him to take his agency forwards.
