DNA were briefed by the global HR Director of Saatchi X to find them a senior hire in Russia to launch their Moscow office. Most recruiters ran a mile at the idea, but DNA relished the challenge, and after an extensive search in the Russian market place we came across Dmitry working as MD for a leading market competitor. Following an extensive interview process, Dmitry was hired and has now been there for eighteen months.

Julian came to us via a referral from a mutual industry contact. Julian had been made redundant from Rivet Worldwide due to a re-structure and was looking for new opportunities. After several conversations about potential roles in the UK and abroad, DNA unearthed a role - which at first wasn’t what Julian was looking for. However, after exploring the role further and meeting different members of the agency, he was taken on as Creative Director for Bezier London to exploit their huge USP in the market place.

Our Brief


We were approached by Ed Wood at A Little Bird as he'd been struggling to find the right person to join him to take his agency forwards. On sitting down and listening to what he needed, it was apparent that the people he'd been sent and had interviewed via others, were totally off the mark. Something he agreed with.

We took the brief back to the beginning and looked at a small handful of the best candidates for the role. It took longer than Ed would have liked, but in the end we found the right person. Being precise and by not giving up, the end result hopefully speaks for itself.
